Declaring God's Word over your life

For the sin of this one man, Adam, caused death to rule over many. But even greater is God's wonderful grace and his gift of righteousness, for all who receive it will live in triumph over sin and death through this one man, Jesus Christ. Romans 5:17 (NLT)

Sin entered the world through one man: Adam. He succumbed to the devil's schemes in the garden of Eden, and at once, sin became known. It would become ingrained into every born human. Every man would need salvation. There would be nothing man could do to be good enough for God's love. However, just as sin entered the world, grace also entered. That grace would be greater than all of man's sin. When someone chooses Christ, He becomes Lord of their life and heart. His grace pours into their life.

When life is hard, and you struggle with sin, know that when Christ claimed your heart, He declared victory over your life. You need to also declare victory and His Word over your life, knowing that He will give you strength every time you need it.

Dear Lord,

Thank you for declaring victory over my life when you saved me. May I believe that victory every day and declare it in my heart so I can experience the unconditional love you have for me.
